Hi, I’m Mandy Noonan—owner and heart behind Elevate Equestrian 🤍

 

Elevate Equestrian is a growing and passionate lesson + show team, and I couldn’t be more excited about everything ahead. 👀✨

 

I’ve been riding for nearly 30 years—starting lessons at 6, getting my first horse at 12, and never looking back. From local hunter/jumper shows to the Trillium and A circuits, I’ve shown everything from the baby greens up to the 1.15m jumpers. For over a decade, the jumper ring was truly my home.

My journey has been shaped by some incredible horses. My very first horse—an unforgettable Christmas gift when I was 12—taught me responsibility, partnership, and what it means to chase dreams. He carried me through first championships, first coolers, and first big wins, until I was ready to jump bigger. That’s when Oz came along—my first imported warmblood and the horse who made me feel like I was driving a Ferrari. He opened the doors to A circuit shows and gave me my first taste of truly flying.

Life shifted, and I took a step back to focus on earning my Marketing degree at Ryerson University. But horses have a way of pulling you back in. In my final year, I was offered another “Oz”—this time for just $1. He was complicated, unpredictable, and more than a little wild, but he reignited my love for training and showed me the magic of transformation. Together, we went from barely manageable to the 1.15m jumpers.

 

Along the way came Bensyn, a rescue I brought home just so he could know love and a full meal. He not only survived—he thrived. Against all odds, he went on to place 7th overall in his first season on the Trillium Central West circuit. Bensyn sparked my lifelong love for Thoroughbreds—their heart, grit, and versatility. To this day, they remain the heartbeat of my barn.

 

Now, I ride a little less (mom life x2! 👩‍👧‍👦) but coach a whole lot more—and I truly love it. As a Certified Coach through Equestrian Canada, my goal is to help riders grow, chase big dreams, and, most importantly, have FUN every step of the way.
